Discussion Summary
The workshop started by discussing the draft recommendations template and content and brainstorming ways to enhance the collaboration and content. The panel members moved into breakout rooms based on their respective subcommittee (budget and finance, academic values, culture) and continued work on the draft recommendations.
The afternoon session continued with variations in panel group collaboration as the work on drafting the recommendations continued. The panel reconvened towards the end of the workshop to give report outs of current state and next steps. Additional discussion on timelines, expectations, and upcoming panel meetings concluded the workshop.
