The panel discussed the workshop from the previous week and recapped the next steps for the work ahead. James Houck and Gary Gildin were welcomed to this meeting and members prepared questions ahead of time to ask each guest, allowing time for discussion at the end.

The workshop started by reviewing the DLA agreements and having a discussion as a panel. The conversation moved into a high-level overview of the general funds budget for each school allowing time for questions from the panel. Model 9,10, and 10.1 were also discussed in further conversations.

The panel provided an update on the creation and distribution plans for two surveys: one to those who were part of the previously unified law school; and a second to those who teach clinics. The panel also discussed other potential survey opportunities to be more inclusive of all stakeholders and feedback. There was also discussion on model 10.1 and how it varied from model 9 and 10.

The panel discussed ways to connect with stakeholder groups via surveys and then subcommittees shared their discussion notes on opportunities and challenges with model 10. There was also discussion on model 9 and 10, and the top three priorities committee members would like to see in a model.
