Discussion Summary
The panel was provided an overview of the meeting held on April 24, 2023, with the executive sponsors and the chair and vice chair of the panel to review the rough draft recommendations collectively worked on by panel members. The panel members asked questions which led to additional conversation about next steps and the work ahead to finalize the recommendations for May 31, 2023.
The culture sub-committee members provided a high-level report of their work, including how they applied the components of their charge to each model created by the panel. They shared a plan for collaboration and lessons learned, along with additional feedback from the student’s perspective, drafted by our student panel representatives.
The panel meeting concluded with reminders that for the next two weeks the panel will not be meeting and will reconvene on May 17, 2023 for the last in person workshop.
