Discussion Summary
Subcommittees shared their discussions notes regarding opportunities and challenges with models 1 and 8. The panel then reviewed the current state of the model’s spectrum and discussed how to best keep track of which parts of each model should be kept, removed, or discussed further. The panel will work on a table to best track the elements of each model to be able to cross reference and determine innovative ways to combine models.
The panel reviewed a new model (model 9) and discussed the concept of substantial presence and what it could/should include in terms of definition to help further define models.
The culture check closed out the meeting with honest and vulnerable conversation about current state in each organization and the impact specific model attributes could have on overall culture.
